We ensure all our liquids are tightly sealed and securely wrapped before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery so we can process a replacement immediately.

Once your order is processed and handed over to our courier partner, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number on our courier’s tracking page to monitor your package.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been packed and handed over to our courier partner, we can no longer process changes or cancellations.
